Welcome to Thunder Vallies Labradors where we strive to produce the best all-around Labrador Retriever whether your interests lie in Conformation, Obedience, Agility, Tracking and Article Search, Dryland Mushing, Field Work or Family Companion!  We have been breeding labs for over 10 years and have successfully competed in Obedience, Retriever and Conformation shows with our labs.  We have had labradors as family members since 1989.  We started researching pedigrees and bloodlines in order to find what we were looking for in the breed and started breeding.  We produce even-tempered, beautiful, healthy and retrieving puppies.  All of our dogs are registered with American Kennel Club.  Some of our dogs are registered with United Kennel Club in order to provide more outlets for competition.   


We consider all of our dogs as part of our family and only those with the best temperaments and pass health clearances are considered for our breeding program.  Many of our dogs have attained titles in various disciplines prior to becoming involved in the breeding program.  From our viewpoint, temperament is as important as health and conformation and if a dog posesses good looks but a bad temperament, then it is not placed in our program.  Additionally, we want to make sure the puppies produced by our dogs are given the best possible start and remain with their dams and littermates for a full 8-10 weeks before we begin placing them in their forever homes.  This enables us to begin their socialization and training as well as make sure they have the appropriate bite inhibition and their first two sets of shots.  

All of our puppies go to their forever homes with a contract and a health guarantee as well as micro-chipped.  We want to make sure that our puppies go to the best possible home and like to keep track of how they are doing.
